Refund policy

10 DAY RETURN POLICY / STORE CREDIT

We will gladly accept returns on items (except those marked "SALE”) within 10 days from time of delivery/in store purchase. Items must be in unworn, unused condition, in its original packaging and have all original tags attached. Without these, items are not eligible for returns. The return will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT. Any item marked SALE (any discount) are not eligible for return. Store credit will be for price of item only; there is no refund on shipping. We are happy to provide shipping return labels if needed at our standard shipping rate of $7.95. Payment for the label will be deducted from your store credit refund. Online orders must include your packing slip with item(s) returned circled. Items returned after 10 days will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly help with exchanges in store. Items will need to meet the return policies to be eligible. 

Online orders can be returned by issuing an email to christine@cottontailcollections.com , subject reading RETURN. A shipping label will be created and deducted from original purchase price. Store Credit will be issued to your account.
